Bäckerei-Imseng Gletscherbräu
a slightly hazy, middle yellow colored beer with a white head who dissapears rather quickly but lets some white laces on the beer made with rye a cereal widely grown in the valais (see also the tiypical valesian rhyebread) smells of malt , fresh bread and a bit sourish and yeasty tasts of fresh bread with a fresh sourish-sweetish note and of some herbal hops and a bit yeasty aftertaste has a note of herbs, almoust like kitchen herbs
