MesandSim	3.6 Ross Parker Medium Dry Cider A Mes rate: barrel at Harpenden Beer Festival. I have to dedicate this rate to two of the unsung heroes of ratebeer. I couldn’t find this cider anywhere to add it to the DB. Both Mark (Maeib) and Steve(Sliktork) went out of their way to find this for me. Just one little cider rate for me... what does it mean to them? Find it they did and one of them (Steve?) even went ahead and added all the details for me. This is a shining example of why I am on RB rather than anywhere else and what fantastic work goes on in the background. Thanks guys. Anyway, the cider, which was very good by the way... Bright yellow colour. Massive apple jolly ranchers all round. Really good apple flavour, not a great deal else going on but the balance between downable apple juice and assertive tartness is close to perfect. A straight forward but adorable cider.
