Aroma a maltas tostadas, chocolate y frutos del bosque. Dulce en boca pero no muy dulce ni ácida. Aroma resinoso y herbal con ciertas notas cítricas y de madera. En boca es ligera de cuerpo, potente y amarga de principio a fin, un amargor profundo, seco, duradero, herbáceo y resinoso con notas de pomelo, mandarina y destellos varios de heno y paja...Una IPA americana en toda regla, muy buena cerveza. JorisPPattyn	3.7 Guineu / Juguetes Perdidos Sour Fantasy Mango Orange-golden, metallic beer, finely carbonated to an almost non-existant rim. Sour nose with lactic acid, fruitacids, citrus, brettanomyces, fruitpeel, preserved orange, liqueurish if non-sweet. Quite sour, tart, fruitacids, sour peach, thick citrus- or other fruitskins. I really have to imagine mango, however. Dry-out effect, acidburn and -thinning. Very sharp, probably a tad too.. It's not quite lambic yeat. Still, for the die-hards, one to try for sure! Serving me this beer yesterday, at home, at night after to come back from the Vaudoise Arena with my daughter. The body is grey, yellow, troubled, carbonated, white foam. A right and tasty ipa, the thing that you could expect from this way to brew. Aroma offers funky fermentation notes, powerful mango, apple, citrus peel and stone fruit pulp. Pours hazy, well carbonated, deep orange, quick fading head. Sour, acidic, mango pulp, dried mango, funky esters, vinegar, apple. Malts are quite neutral. Medium body and carbonation, some astringency, very easy to drink. colui72	4.5 Guineu / Juguetes Perdidos Sour Fantasy Ginger A spontaneous beer, fermented for 24 months, with addition of ginger and lemon peel for other 6 months. Aroma offers funky fermentation notes, apple, citrus peel and stone fruit pulp. No ginger at this stage. Pours hazy, well carbonated, deep orange, frothy white head with medium retention and laces. Sour, acidic (not extreme), yellow fruit pulp, lemon peel, ginger, apple, citrusy ester. The neutral, low profile malts, don't affect the fermentation goodness showcase. Lemon and ginger comes up later on, in after taste and... burps! Medium body and carbonation, low astringency, very easy to drink. This a wonderfully tasty beer, the ginger and the lemon peel just to perfectly, not being overwhelming in any way. Thursday, December 29, 2022

colui72	4.3 Guineu / Juguetes Perdidos Sour Fantasy Passion A spontaneous fermentation that lasted 24 months in oak barrels, with a second fermentation with passion fruit for 6 months. Passion fruit dominates the aroma, above the funk. It promises sourness. Very aromatic. Pours a bright, hazy orange, fizzy pour (and noisy!), with an instantly vanishing head. Obviously no lacing. Sour with huge passion fruit, acidic, funky, beautiful. Oak left some woody and meaty traces. Medium body, tingling carbonation, smooth. This is impressive, it's massively sour and acidic (without killing the stomach), passion fruits is dominant, and goes along the funk perfectly. Sunday, December 18, 2022
