2.6 Forgotten Corner JP 4th December 2009. Pigs Ear. Hazy gold beer. Zero carbonation. Light palate, light hoppy fruit. Apologetic hop finish. Everything about this beer is light - a little too much so. Sunday, April 11, 2010

2.9 Forgotten Corner Hunter's Porter Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, 3 December 2009. Extremely dark brown colour with a red tinge. Loose beige head. Very dry and roasty. Some fruit. Nothing exceptional but drinkable - I didn’t find it as unpalatable as harisoni. Monday, February 22, 2010

3.2 Forgotten Corner Solstice Salute Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, 2 December 2009. Copper colour. Slight haze. Very dry and quite nutty. A quite traditional UK style ordinary bitter. None the worse for that, although it is never going to set the world alight. Very drinkable. Nothing very seasonal about it though. 1.8 Forgotten Corner Hunter's Porter Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear BF 09. First beer from this brewery and to be honest not an auspicious start. Roasty aroma, not much condition, bit of putty flavour. Not very nice to be honest and I couldn’t finish a half pint. Monday, December 28, 2009
