KeefOz	3.8 Yaletown Millions of Peaches Draft at Yaletown Brewing, Yaletown, Vancouver. Poured a clouded slightly pinkish amber with a thin bright white collar that laced very well. Aroma very strong of fresh ripe peaches; juicy. Taste very strong of fresh ripe peaches; very fruity; moderately sweet. Light to medium body. Smooth, crisp, clean, refreshing with a short (for the style) finish. Nice cleanser but only in small amounts (one at a time would suffice). Wednesday, July 5, 2023
KeefOz	2.7 Yaletown Loading Bay IPA Draft at Yaletown Brewing, Yaletown, Vancouver. Poured a crystal clear dark amber with a white dense collar that laced very well. Carbonation nil; flat. Aroma moderately strong of resinous hops becoming malty as it warms. Taste with grapefruit, hints of pine, yeasty, bit astringent rather than bitter; tart tanginess on back palate; difficult to drink, not enjoyable. Light body. Slightly dry. KeefOz	2.8 Yaletown Ale (Cascade Pale Ale) Draft at Yaletown Brewing, Yaletown, Vancouver. ABV=4%, IBU=21. Poured a crystal clear dark amber with 5mm of bright white dense foam that retained very well and laced well. Carbonation low, slow and medium; virtully flat. Aroma subtle resinous hops. Taste initially a tangy bitterness from resinous hops with, as it warms, 'rough' grapefruit and then a malty base; low bitterness. Light body. Crisp and slightly dry. Not inspiring. Aroma subtly of pale malt; no obvious hops. Taste subtly of pale malt; slight sweetness. Light body bordering on watery. Smooth with a short finish. DeanF	2.3 Yaletown Rimmer's White Session IPA Has okay medium clear gold body and some modest foam. Smells of soft caramel and peach and what seems to be like lactose lingers. Tastes of soft fruity hops but the vibe gets killed by some kind of lingering butter aftertaste. Seems flawed. Thursday, March 18, 2021

Oakes	2.6 Yaletown Nights on Mainland Hazy IPA Not a great look - quite dull and pale. Thin head. The aroma is a bit of citrus and some muddled overripe fruits. Moderate bitterness. Oakes	3.5 Yaletown Slewfoot Sort of a dark straw colour. Thick head. The aroma is fresh malt - nice German malt maybe? The malt base really does come across well on the nose. Toasty and lots of rich clean malt on the palate, too. Not much hop other than a balancing earthy bitterness. Friday, July 3, 2020

Oakes	3.1 Yaletown Caught in a Mash Dark brown with a nitro head. The aroma is thin coffee, a bit nutty, toasty, pretty classic Irish-style stout aroma. On the palate it's sort of thin, watery in the same way Guinness is these days. Still got some of that toasty/nutty thing going on but it definitely feels a bit hollow. Friday, July 3, 2020
