3.7 Toji no Kokoro Daiginjo Genshu Sake 720 ml bottle. Fruity aroma, melon, dry spices, some cedar, controlled dryness. Slightly thick appearance. Rich, fruity flavor, with banana and melon, sweet mandarin orange. Also rice, koji, and spices, plus a bit of sawdust. Thick, rich mouth. Alcohol is noticeable but not too much for a genshu. Very nice stuff. Monday, December 28, 2009 | |
