Leeming Waters Brewery Reviews

chriso	2.2 Leeming Waters Kylie's Bath Water Cask, at Newark Beer Festival, May 2004. Notes recovered from a recently unearthed old notebook. Information about this brewery is very sparse. It seems to be a part-time affair (although properly licensed) and it is not even 100% certain it is still in operation. This is the first and only one of their beers I have ever seen. I have no idea what the name is about but it seemed a bit too yellow for bathwater. Certainly murky enough, if is Kylie’s first bath for months that is. I presume it is supposed to be a cloudy wheat beer but I really only get sharp lemon and a sour edge. Not great, whatever it is supposed to be. Wednesday, February 24, 2010
