Bif	3 Kawaba Pearl Pilsner 330ml bottle. Pours a hazy light golden color with a small head. Aroma of grain, and hint of light fruit. Taste of light fruit sweetness with bit of lemon and grain. Slight bitterness and fairly clean finish. Light body, quite smooth and clean. Quite common for Japanese style beers. Sunday, December 11, 2022

BlackHaddock	2.6 Kawaba Twilight Ale 330ml bottle from Hi-Time Wines, Costa Mesa. Amber body, no head to speak of. Seemed a bit 'flat' and lacked carbonization, might have been 'out of date'. Drank on 15th January 2022 at my daughters in Laguna Hills. Malty front to the brew with caramel esters and flavours ruling the roost. Pity about the conditioning. Sunday, January 16, 2022

Taste is delicious honey pilsner malts crackers biscuit grain malts lemon drops honeysuckle floral hops pillowy malts sweet white grape skins and champagne. Overall, this is a delicious pilsner with a nice sweet and floral overtone. Classic pilsner taste but unique in its own way. Fantastic stuff. Monday, August 23, 2021

Finally I get through the foam and see some hazy amber colour. Aroma is mostly soap water, also some malts but not much else. Taste is bitterish, bit of fruits, somewhat messy but still drinkable.
