BeerChaser0078	3.2 Bob's Cider Bottle. Very pale gold, nearly clear, with no head and a slightly spicy and mildly sweet apple aroma with hints of pear. Fairly dry on the palate, it is quite similar to the aroma, spice and sweetness in equal proportion, as well as some acidity on the back of the palate. Moderate to high carbonation and a lingering dry, almost dusty, finish with the alcohol very well hidden. A pretty decent cider overall, although probably too strong to be sessionable this is still very easy to drink. Tuesday, April 13, 2010
