Smells of honey comb, vanilla bean ice cream, wood chip shavings, and something else I can’t put my finger on. Got some legs. Hides the alcohol well. Not too sweet at all. Surprising in a good way. onceblind	4.5 Texas Mead Works Honey Blossom Minstrel's Mead Clear brilliant golden with an aroma like sweet sugary honey and a hint of orange zest and sweet lavender. Smooth flavor that delivers a touch of vanilla cotton candy as well as sugary honey and orange rind zest. Nice little floral touch on the finish with some marshmellow tone. Aromas are a bit waxy and earthy up front. Soil, floral, dirt, bitter. Mild stone fruit notes. Flavors are juicy peaches up front with a grassy, waxy and almost flint like mid with some mild hay, floral, grassy and lightly buttery finish. Lots of canned peach flavors.
