Der Geschmack ist dann zwar durchaus auch blumig-malzig, aber der Hopfen kommt auch zu seinem recht und steigt aromatisch an. Ein absolut gelungenes Spezial, dass da in der Malocherpulle mit dem rotgehaltenen Etikett mit weißem Schwan eher unspektakulär abgefüllt ist. Aber der Inhalt zählt und der ist schlichtweg gelungen! I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog! Im Glas steht ein stark goldgelbes Bier mit schwacher, kurzlebiger Krone und wenig aufsteigendem CO2. Geruchlich herrscht frischer Aromahopfen mit einer dezenten Grasigkeit. Der Antrunk erfolgt hopfig herb, minimal bitter, und die grasige Note setzt sich weiter durch. Im Abgang wird’s dezent süßlich. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog! Im Glas steht ein rötlich goldgelbes Spezialbier, welches die Krone sehr schnell komplett verliert. Der Geruch ist süßhopfig würzig. Der Antrunk erfolgt malzbetont mit kräftigem Körper, zudem dezent röstig und im Hintergrund minimal süßlich. Der Abgang wandelt sich sehr schnell komplett ins süße über. Der Körper wird im Verlauf noch ne Spur malziger, die Röstigkeit nimmt zu. Strammes Spezialbier, sehr schwerfällig zu trinken. Wednesday, February 15, 2012

Der Antrunk erfolgt extrem rezent und sehr fein aromahopfig. Der Abgang versaut dann alles, es wird nahezu unerträglich herb bitter, sehr sehr nordisch. Der Geruch ist hopfig, etwas Getreide und angenehm süßlich. Der Antrunk erfolgt erst gut kräftig herb, wird aber nur kurze Zeit später getreidig süßlich. Insgesamt ist das Bier sehr rezent, aber dennoch angenehm süffig. Das Bier hallt sehr lange nach, und zwar hopfig und an Herbe etwas zunehmend. Gut gelungen! Wednesday, February 15, 2012

Der Geruch definiert sich als sehr malzig, minimal röstig, dezent süßlich. Der Antrunk fällt süßlich karamell-artig aus, eine leichte Röstnote tummelt sich im Hintergrund. Quack-Duck	4.1 Schwanen-Bräu Pils bottle, Bierzwerg des Monats February 2010. Clear pale golden colour, large and creamy white head. Intensive hoppy nose with a grassy-hoppy-resiny character. Solid and intensive malty base with lots of delicious resiny hops that add a Bohemian touch to this truly wonderful Pils. Without a doubt a real masterpiece and a highlight of German countryside breweries. Extremely delicious and moreish - I wish I had another bottle, I’d also love to try this draught at the brewery.
