AirForceHops	3.1 Rising Tide Wicked Whoopie 16 oz can. Aroma is vanilla cream, mild chocolate, and weak roast. I really enjoyed it for about 4 ounces and then quite honestly it just gets entirely too sweet. WAY much marshmallow, vanilla, Lactose. It is a liquid Whoopie Pie with no balance. ClarkVV	4.2 Rising Tide Nikita Canned 11/10/23, drunk 2/1/24. Clear, dark mahogany. Medium-sized, tan head, moderate retention. Chocolate, nutty, lightly floral rye with caramel, cracker, cacao and no booze. Soft, chocolatey, not too roasty, not too floral, not too nutty. Just a nice balance of sweet malt and good dryness on the finish without any weird yeast, booze or such. Seems really well-aged, moreso than you usually get from a non-BA Imperial Stout. tfontana	3.6 Rising Tide Nikita Can (12/2/22) pour from The Beer Store, Salem. An opaque dark brown with thin cap of beige head fading to ring. Aroma is strong roasted malt, chocolate, rye, hint of cinnamon. Taste is strong roasted malt, toffee, ashy on the back half. Smooth, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and crisp, dry finish with lingering bitterness. Not getting bourbon or barrel. A lot of tiny flaws. Sunday, October 22, 2023

Thick with hot pumpernickel toast, chocolate, bourbon and rye front to back. Slick, chocolate espresso finish. Turns to blackened toast and charred coffee grounds as it warms. Aroma has a good amount of citrus with a hint of rind, light pine and a touch of sweet grains backing. Aroma of nice stone fruit and citrus hop notes over a decent wheat and biscuit malt backbone, some light fruity yeast esters. Taste is moderately sweet from the booze and malt, moderately bitter from the hops, clean and crisp finish.
