Moderately sour flavour, light bodied without carbonation. Sourish apple-fruity taste with a very light underlying fruity sweetness, drying out towards the finish. 2.5 Dietrichs Wetterauer Land-Apfelwein (bottle, 100cl) Clear, amber coloured hue without any head. Slightly sourish apple-fruity aroma with light hints of sulphur. Slightly sour and bitter-tart flavour, light bodied without carbonation. Apple-fruity and slightly sulfury taste with a slightly bitter tart and fruity finish.
