Govier Cider - Medium Dry (Draught)
Plastic Cask Stillage at GBBF 2011, Earl's Court 05/08/2011 Fruity aroma. Golden bronze coloured hazy in appearance and strong in alcohol. Fruity with a hint of dryness in the finish.

Govier Cider - Medium Dry (Draught)
Backlog rating. Cask at GBBF 2015. It pours a clean golden color with no head. Aroma is lightly sweet and phenolic, with notes of green apples and baked apples. Taste is also medium sweet and lightly phenolic, with more green apples and apple peels. Light bodied with almost no carbonation. Overall, meh

Govier Cider - Medium Dry (Draught)
From polycask (gravity dispense) at Great British Beer Festival, day 4 on 5 August 2011. Rather odd greenish colour. Designated "5" on the GBBF sweetness scale, which means medium-dry, but it seemed on the dry side of that. Firm mouthfeel. Not a lot of fruit and only modest tannin. Fairly strong acidity. Didn’t really grab me that much.

Govier Morgan Sweet / Strawberry Norman Cider
Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, day 2 on 1 December 2010. Murky mid brown colour. Lovely fresh apple aroma. Very succulent and juicy on the palate but fairly dry too, with a dancing acidity and light tannins. Most enjoyable.

Govier Morgan Sweet / Strawberry Norman Cider
A Sim rate (bag in a box at Pig’s Ear - and thanks to Chris for adding to RB): Aroma that’s so perfumey, but in a great apple way. Smells of sherbert in that I-know-you’re-gonna-be-sour type of way. Dry and tangy flavour with some sherbert and such a short finish. Tastes like the peel rather than the pith of the apple. Lovely, lovely cider. Fizzes on your palate in a great way!
