3.2 Fukutokucho Junmai Ginjo Sake 500ml paper carton at the convenient store. Says it was made in Chiba, but I suppose it is a big company. Slightest of yellow tints, watery. Nose is rice, something dusty, creamy, slight vanilla. Sweet with light acidity and vanilla and yogurt. Simple, probably table rice, but not bad when cold. Got some plastic notes as it warmed up. Industrial but not all that bad, and there is something approaching yamahai flavor too. A bit too sweet though. Wednesday, October 31, 2018

2.6 Fukutokucho Kai no Kuni Onikoroshi Sake Quite a simple one with some rice, bit of fruits and a sweetish aftertaste. Bit too sweet and artficial if it´s up to me. Wednesday, December 3, 2014

2.7 Fukutokucho Kai no Kuni Onikoroshi Sake Sake from Dae Yang in Düsseldorf. It has got a clear, watery / light vanilla colour with a medium to thin body. Aroma of rice and still water. Taste of mild rice, mild basmati rice, yasemin, dust and sweetness. Watery and thin finish. Expected more. Wednesday, December 3, 2014

2.8 Fukutokucho Kai no Kuni Onikoroshi Sake 900 ml cardboard box brought back from Tokyo by the wife. A 7/11 version! Totally clear as water. A strong sour and hot alcohol nose, some grains, some pear and melon. Smooth, not too hot but lots of melon and dirty rice. A bit of heat in the finish. Saturday, January 1, 2011
