Schlenkerla29	2.8 Champigneulles , Ramblers weissbier Mit seinem getrübten Goldgelb und dem üppigen sahnigen Schaum erinnert es in der Tat an eine leckere Weiße aus der alten Heimat. Die Nase erfasst feinsäuerliche Orange, Banane und Birne. Im Antrunk tauchen feinsäuerliche Orange, Aprikose und eine undefinierbare herbe Frucht mit leicht bitterer Note auf. Gar nicht mal schlecht! im Hintergrund geben sich zudem süßlicher Weizen und etwas Vanille zu erkennen. Die feinprickelnde Rezenz lässt dieses annähernd vollmundige Weißbier sowohl erfrischend als auch süffig erscheinen. Im Abgang sorgt eine weißbiertypisch milde, schwach krautige Herbe für einen gelungenen Abschluss. Erfrischend, wenngleich nicht herausragend, sorgt dieses spritzige und beschwingte Weizen bei mir durchaus für Wohlwollen. Saturday, December 31, 2022
