Cerddin Year 6
Cask gravity dispense at Swansea Bay Beer Festival 2016, Brangwyn Hall. As Cerddin Year 6’, 4.6%. Dark amber, translucent, still with a bubbly white head. Aroma is wholemeal bread, molasses. Body is smooth with low carbonation. Taste is watery malt sugar, soggy biscuits, cardboard, musty finish. Not getting lots of NZ hop character from this.

Cask conditioned handpump Salmon Leicester 13/03/14. A golden coloured beer with a tightly sparkled white head. A simplistic and quite dull golden ale. Not obviously Cascade hops at all, just a slightly citric note. A bit boring to be honest.

Cask conditioned at Leicester Beer Festival ’14. Reddish amber with white head. Quite a sweetish fruity beer, soft, squishy fruit. Thin on the palate, not a great deal of depth. It’s ok.
