Erasmus_ro	3.1 CommunBrauhaus Hemau Braunbier Bottle. Thanks Hart. Plank Laaber cap. Pours dark reddish brown with a large beige head. Not sure if it’s a vienna or a dunkel. Aroma is lots of herbalness on the first whiff. Unfortunately turns a bit metallic as well as dark bready maltiness. The metallic tone goes away too though. Strongly dark bread and some fruitiness, light herbal note as well. Taste is very malty with breadiness of the dark kind. Some of the vienna-style fruitiness in the background. Light German hoppiness on the finish in the form of grass and herbalness. Palate is medium and well carbonated. A nice quaffer, but nothing special. Saturday, February 23, 2013
Koelschtrinker	2.7 CommunBrauhaus Hemau Braunbier Kaum erkennbarer Antrunk. Etwas malzig im Mittelteil, mild, das Aroma steht absolut alleine. Eine starke Steigerung ist zum Abgang hin erkennbar, das Bier wird röstmalzig, im Nachgeschmack startet das Aroma durch. Aber auch hier steht es absolut alleine. Eigenes Bier.
