Davok American IPA
On tap at brew art community. Pale golden with a lovely head. No lacing. Scentless. Taste is somewhat slimy mild IPA, fairly big on IBU. The profile is pretty sharp, without much to say. Finish is consistent. Good. Overrated.

Davok Oatmeal Stout
Can at my hotel. Pours very dark brown with a big tan creamy head. Scent is somewhat mild oat ale. Taste is somewhat soured, fairly grainy roasted malt body. Finish is a little slimy. Didn't keep well in the can, and no Canned On date. Good. Disappointing compared to the draught IPA.

Davok English Pale Ale
On tap at Capi Bar Punta del Este. Big English ale appearance with a gorgeous residing head. Scent is what may perhaps be real British hops - fuggle/goulding. Taste is slightly dank English ale. Low carbonation. Very true to character. Slightly cola like squishy malt. Finish is true to character. Very good!

Davok American IPA
1/1/2019. Can from Sinestesia, Montevideo. Golden with an orange tint and a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of pine, citrus bitters, caramel, malt and tropical fruit. Light sweetness, quite heavy bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Bitter fruit finish. Unexpectedly good.

Davok American IPA
On tap at Montevideo Beer Company. ABV sopposed to be 6.2. My version is 6.7. Bartender confirmed that it is the same beer. Pours dark k golden yellow, almost amber colour. Moderate white head. Fruity, citrussy, bit apricoty aroma. Bitter, bit citrussy, hoppy, apricoty taste. Rather bitter finish with notes of fruits and grapefruit. Well balanced, classical IPA. Maybe to bitter for my taste and not so juicy, but still a descent brew.

Davok American IPA
500cl bottle brought back from Uruguay by a friend and then taken by me to the June 2016 Shrewsbury Bottle Share (split between 5). Really impressed with this beer: poured an amber colour, the head an off-white affair. Decent blend with the hops winning in the aroma stakes, while the malts just about push the hop bitterness into second place behind a mini-malt sweetness. A pleasant surprise.

500ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, June 16, courtesy of Blackhaddock. Many thanks. Pours hazy amber, off-white head. Aroma is citrus, pine. Taste is nice sharp citrus, some grapefruit with a bitter edge. Light floral notes. Decent IPA.

Davok English Pale Ale
18th April 2016: 500ml bottle shared with the bloke who brought it back from Uruguay for me. Lovely bright amber body, white head on top. Malt front and semi-sweet throughout. A tat over carbonated and therefore a bit ’gassy’ in nature. A little unbalanced with not enough hop content to calm the maltiness down, but not a bad effort overall.

Davok Smoked IPA
Like a less good version of the Davok coffee beer, but since that’s one of my favourite beers ever this still gets a really good score. I liked it.

Cloudy yellow bitter grapefruit. A really nice APA, even better than the Davok IPA in my opinion. On tap at Montevideo Brew House.

Davok Session Coffee IPA
One of Uruguay’s better beers. They told us it was the session coffee beer, not IPA, but I assume this is the same one. Usually you get people putting coffee in stouts, but here it is in a EPA and it really works well. Aroma of coffee but like a sweet Coffee Crisp candy bar. Light amber body. Similar coffee and chocolate tsate. Nicely balanced. A highlight.

Davok Smoked IPA
Clear reddish yellow body. Similar in some ways to the session coffee beer but a bit more subdued, but more of a roast to this than a "smoke" Defintely not a rauchbier. Interesting/
