Appearance: semi-opaque lemon amber, copious white froth rapidly dissipating. Palate: light-bodied and slick, average carbonation, astringent finish. Moravius	3.3 Craftworks Geumgang Mountain Dark Ale Vom Faß im Brew 3.14, Seoul. - Fast schwarz, dunkelbeigefarbene dünne Schaumdecke. - In der Nase Mokka mit deutlicher aber angenehmer Säurenote, Süßholz. - Im Antrunk kräftige Mokka-Röstnoten. Die deutliche fruchtige Säure ist gut eingebunden. Schlanker Körper, schön trocken. im Abgang mild fruchtiger Hopfen, leicht holzig, etwas aschig; leicht seifig. - Schön mokkaartiges Stout mit ausgeprägter aber angenehmer fruchtiger Säure. Gut! adasko	3 Craftworks Geobukseon Brüworks Chocolate Stout Chocolate and coffee aroma, with a bit of cocoa. Nice but not enough intense aroma. Pitch black, poor head. In taste also quite a few chocolate notes, not much of coffee. There is quite a lot of canal notes, not a very good feeling it gives. Mouth feel is neutral, might be much more full and thick. adasko	3.5 Craftworks Jirisan Moon Bear IPA Fruity sweet aroma, fresh pineapples, pear and mango. There is unfortunately bit of butter in the nose, diacetyl. Dark amber color, very hazy. Tiny off-white head. In taste same notes as in aroma, except the butter. Quite hoppy, touch of caramel. Nice bitterness, maybe little too long. I don’t think there is 95 IBU. Moravius	2.6 Craftworks Namsan Pure Pilsner Vom Faß im Brew 3.14, Seoul. - Blaßgelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase feiner Aromahopfen: leichte Zitrone, etwas Pampelmuse. - Antrunk weich und mild malzsüß mit aromatischer Zitronenschale. Im weiteren Verlauf kippt die aromatische Hopfenherbe etwas ab: Zahnkrem und medizinisch-krautige Noten kommen hinzu. Gut rezent, eher dünner Körper. Noch bitterer aber eigenartig chloriger (?)
