rozsoma	5 Únětický speciál Svatováclavská 14° csodálatos napot töltöttem a minap uneticében, pedig nem indult eccerűen, már a külvárosi parasztelosztóban nem találtam a helyem, kérdezgettem mindenkit hogy akkor most innen megy a busz meg hogy jó e rá a városi jegyem, de mindenki csak a fittyet hányta. aztán végre jött egy középfiatal társaság, akik kicsit megnyugtattak hogy ők is oda mennek nyugodjak meg. megnyugodtam. mondom is magamnak, legalább lesznek mások is nem kell majd feszengenem, ha esetleg én egyedül csöngetnék be a főzde ajtaján. mivel hiába volt meghirdetve a szent vencel napi vígasság a főzdeudvarba, az eső az szakadatlanul zuhogott. aztán amikor a társaság leszállt hamarabb, hogy tudniillik ők csak túrázni jöttek, meg nem is szeretik a sört, hirtelen megint eluralkodott rajtam a pánik. nyomtam is egyből a vészcsengőt, hogy én azonnal le akarok szállni, a busz meg befékezett és máris a ködös hegyoldalba találtam magam, járda persze sehol, csak a kakas kukorélt a néma semmiségbe. szürreális egy kép volt, de szerettem. mondom akkor hát nincs más hátra, fel kell kötni a gatyát és megkeresni, hol is leledzik a malátaitató. baktattam is sáros kavicsos utakon át, baromfiudvarok árnyékában, mire egy kis fess erdei patak tövében egy óriási komplexum emelkedett. nagyot sóhajtottam, hogy hát végre itt vagyok. jöhet a megváltás. jött is, mer ahogy ott találtam magam, pillanatok alatt beilleszkedettem, értsd kerestem egy támasztani való asztal és öntöttem magamba a malátaleveleket, aztán egyszercsak amikor aszt látom hogy valaki egy kis fahordót talicsakázik az udvar egyik végéből a másikba, valami leírhatatlan bizsergés kezdett éledezni bennem, először aszittem a telefonom rezeg, de rá kellett ébrednem hogy ez bizony fantomfájás. sőt. fantomszomj. tett követett gondolat és beléptem a pajtába ahová az imént a kis fitos fahordót is betolták. a semmiből egy új, más világ tárult elém. valahogy bolyai jános is így érezhetett anno. kozisan berendezett istálló volt ez, az egyik végében tűzről pattant mennyecskékkel a csapszék mögött, a másik végében egy összetákolt színpadszerűség volt, az ember még aszt is hihette volna - ha nem tudja hogy éppen hol jár - hogy tegnap még ravatal volt, ma meg már disznóvágás. na de a közepén pedig egy házi füstelvezetővel megtámogatott kálhyaszerűség volt, gondosan eltitkolva a rendevzmény a helyi tűzoltóságtól, mivel ezt a tűzbiztonságot látva azonnal közbe léptek volna és betiltották volna a rendezvényt. kisvártatva, még egy jó néhány korsó után valahogy mintha gyülekedzni kezdett volna a népsereg. értsd félig megtelt a pajta. aztán a sládek is feltűnik egy fakalapáccsal a kezében, és pár ünnepi szót követően csapra is verik azt a kis fahordót, ami már annyira várt arra hogy itt az összegyűltek szomját olthassa. közben a helyi közönségből verbuválodott alkalmi kórus is rázendít, van aki még egy ukulelét is előhalászott a sarokból, és - ha jól gondolom - söráldó népdalokat énekelnek. természetesen nekik jár ez első korsó szent vencel napi, nagyokat is koccingatnak vele, míg az egyik hölgyemény kezében nem törik el az üveg és lottyan a földre a drága nedű. aggodalomra semmi ok, máris jön a következő korsó szomjoltó. én is beállok a sorba és pillanatok alatt sorra kerülök, és már emelem is a számhoz a poharat. először asziszem hogy az enyém is lyukas volt mer mire az áhítatból kinyitom a szemem már üres is volt, de sebaj, mondom magamnak, tóbiás, és már állok is be újra a sör végére. így megy ez újra és újra még el nem fogy a hordó beltartalma, szerencsére a ciklus nem végtelen. nem úgy az örömöm. aztán máris indul a csinnadratta, cseh és nemzetközi feldolgozásokat játszó duó nyomja késő estig. közbe sok csepűrágó megfordul, ropja a táncot, az apák a babakocsikból az anyák kezébe adogatják a gyerekeket, hogy a pet palackokat jól ki lehessen támasztani. szent vencel meg kilovagol a világból. Vignale	4 Únětický Pivovar Special Letni 8° Flaska från Kihoskh. Disig gyllengul vätska med högt vitt skum. Lite mer karamell och smörkola, läs diacetyl, än vad tjeckisk pilsner brukar ha, men ingen enkelspårig smak utan både fina maltiga brödiga smaker och örter, blommor, hö och beskt gräs finns där och skaparverkstad balanserad smak- och nyansrik pilsner. En av de bästa 3,5-or jag druckit. Mycket gott Sunday, October 1, 2023

ozzatoadisback	4.6 Únětické Pivo 10° Nefiltrované Pours a beautiful deep golden, slightly translucent if seen through light. A light bit of haziness. Quite big sized white head, somehow frothy and compact at the same time, shows very good retention and lacing. Strong, fresh and rich aroma: cereals, hay, honey notes and chamomille hints; extra fresh hoppiness, with vivid citric notes (lemony, cedary), followed by a touch of prickliness/spiciness and flowery hints, among a fresh grassy background. Taste notes follow the aroma: there's vividness, depth, freshness, definition, balance; everything. Sweetness and bitterness feel both pretty vivid for a vycepni, but always in perfect balance, in both taste and aftertaste. Clean, slightly fruity (even a hint of red fruits?) aftertaste. Light bodied as obvious with quite light but nicely vivid, delicate, fine-bubbled carbonation. Goes down so easy. One of the best i ever had! Saturday, August 26, 2023

ozzatoadisback	3.4 Únětické Pivo 10,7° Pours a clear, beautiful deep golden, with about one finger of white head. Quite quick at dissipating but still leaves nice lacing. Quite good intensity in a relatively simple aroma: delicate cereal/hay base, a bit of soapiness, fresh grassy/herbal notes and the slightest lemonish touch. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, with light to medium sweetness and medium bitterness; a classic yet more bitter than usual taste for the style, especially in a firmly dry finish/aftertaste. Light bodied as obvious but not at all watery, average carbonation. Definitely a nice one, though not impressive to me; maybe a delivered pet bottle doesn't do it full justice.
