sebletitje	4.2 Valenzano Winery The Jersey Devils Lab Batch No. 01 50cl bottle share, thanks Glen. Batch#01, bottle #0012. Dorée/paille, huileux au verre. Arôme au léger bouquet de whisky, cloying avec un résiduel rétro-nasal de vanille. Le tout est assez enivrant. Palais est épais mielleux délicieux, barrique ajoute une belle dimension sur la fin avec une touche de vanille. Pointe de zeste d’orange, un peu farineux avec ce profil de gousse de vanille qui arrive sur la fin et agrémente un excellent profil de whisky. Le caractère obtenu par l’ajout de cette barrique permet un changement clair au niveau de sa complexité. Sunday, July 12, 2015

njnut	3.6 Valenzano Winery The Jersey Devils Lab Batch No. 01 Poured into snifter glass a pure gold color. Aroma is honey, alcohol and a bit winey. Taste is honey and alcohol. Sweet in the sip and a little alcohol in the finish turned sweeter late in finish. Being of Lithuanian decent I love meads but they are hard to find in my area. Rafalski1973	5 Valenzano Jersey Devil Honey Wine Jersey Devil Honey Wine / Mead offers just the right amount of sweetness with light and creamy taste of honey. Very aromatic with hints of orange, honey dew and a bit of spice. On the palate it’s more of a Riesling/Auslese style finish with fairly good amount of residual sugar and a nice, mouthful finish. Definitely more of a drinkable caliber mead versus other meads that sometimes can be overly sweet and almost "chewy". The finish is long lasting and leaves you with that pleasant taste of honey that just lingers for quite some time. Tuesday, August 16, 2011
