In bocca è splendida, bilanciata, attacco abboccato con affumicato medio a bilanciare e amaro leggero in chiusura. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Buona. Wednesday, December 27, 2023

Goldbarren	3.3 Mastino 1291 Pils (Milledue 91) Ein gefälliges Pils, das ich zu einem gesalzenen Preis in einem Strandcafé in Rimini trank. Es ist nicht zu bitter und lässt sich wunderbar trinken. labeerinthum	3.3 Birra Mastino Crazy Shot # 12 Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano sentori di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, arrostito, erbaceo, agrumi, affumicato e arancia rossa. Tuesday, July 5, 2022

Al naso emergono note di malto, caramello, panificato dolce, frutta disidratata. In bocca ritroviamo le stesse note che al naso. Al naso è fresca con note floreali leggermente speziate. In bocca la tripla decozione la rende piena con un attacco dolce, per poi virare verso le note aromatiche dei luppoli.
