mcberko	3.5 Bricktowne Whiskey Canyon Porter On tap at Bricktowne, pours a deep amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma is dry, with dry roasted malt, dry cocoa powder, and some dry earthiness. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of earthy dryness, dry cocoa, and some roast. Dry and hearty, decently constructed. Solid. Sunday, May 8, 2022
mcberko	3.6 Bricktowne Ore-Gunslinger On tap at Bricktowne, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, a little pine, and sweet caramel malt. Flavour is quite old school, with lots of bitter piney hops, bitter citrus zest and just enough biscuity malt to back. Very bitter and old school in construction. Solid. Sunday, May 8, 2022
mcberko	2.6 Bricktowne HopJaw West Coast IPA On tap at Bricktowne, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bitter piney hops, citrus zest, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is quite bitter, with lots of grapefruit zest, citrus zest and maybe a hint of diacetyl. Very bitter, citrusy finish. Harsh and clumsy but not terrible. Sunday, May 8, 2022

hayduke	3.7 Bricktowne Applegate Pale Ale Draft pour at the brewpub in Medford, Oregon. Poured light gold with a white head. Nose of caramel malts and citrus. Medium body. hayduke	3.3 Bricktowne S.M.A.S.H. IPA Series - Centennial I had this single malt, single hop beer at the brewpub in a sample size. Poured gold, No head by the time it got to me but the lacing was white and so I assume the head was white. Nose of grapefruit and some floral aspects. Medium body. Flavor is the same as the aroma. Good bitterness in the finish. Nothing wrong with Centennial but it works better when mixed in with other hops. Sunday, April 9, 2017
hayduke	4 Bricktowne Ore-Gunslinger This was a draft pour at the brewpub. Poured hazy gold with a white head. Nose of citrus and pine, plus some fruit. Medium plus body and a resinous mouthfeel. The flavor is intense with citrus and floral hops in abundance, and some fruit and pine hanging on. Finished long and very bitter. Alcohol was well hidden. Well done and easy drinking for a DIPA. hayduke	3.7 Bricktowne Calypso Cowboy IPA This was a draft pour at the brewpub. It came in the glass an orange-gold with a white head. Nose of citrus and tropical fruit Medium body. Flavor is tropical fruit, pear, and citrus. Finishes with a nice bitterness. You can brew beer with this hop anytime and i will be there. Good stuff Sunday, April 9, 2017
hayduke	3.8 Bricktowne Darth Kriegers Coffee Imperial Stout A draft pour at the brewpub in Medford, Oregon. In the glass black wit ha long lasting tan head. Nose of roasted malts showing some chocolate and a lot of coffee. Medium plus body and some distinct alcohol in the mouthfeel. The flavor is a really good balance between the dark malts and the coffee even though there is a lot of coffee. Basically a lot of flavors here. The finish is bitter. Really nice. hayduke	3.8 Bricktowne Dark Soul Pepper Coffee Oatmeal Stout This was a draft pour at the Bricktowne Brewpub in Medford, Oregon. This poured a dark brown just short of black with a light tan head the same as Dark Soul. The nose on this one is roasted malts with the chocolate and coffee and the spices and peppers show up. The medium plus body and a smooth creamy mouthful are the same as its Dark Soul roots. The flavor is coffee and the peppers are muted and do not overpower the basic beer. The finish here is spicy and the peppers and cinnamon are detected. This is just fine and represents an interesting twist on the basic stout. It may not be better but is just as good. hayduke	3.8 Bricktowne Dark Soul Coffee Oatmeal Stout This was a draft pour at the Bricktowne Brewpub in Medford, Oregon. This went well with my delicious Mac and Cheese. I love a brewpub that not only has good beer but good food. This poured a dark brown just short of black with a light tan head. Nose of roasted malts with some chocolate and a lot of coffee. Medium plus body and a smooth creamy mouthfeel. The flavor is dominated by the coffee and that is not a bad thing as the underlying chocolate malts support it well. The finish is coffee bitter. hayduke	4.2 Bricktowne Oops and Oats This was a draft pour at the Bricktowne brewpub in Medford, Oregon. This poured jet black with a tan head. Nose if dark roasted malts with vg=hoclate and coffee, Very full body and a thick creamy mouth feel. The flavor here is almost decadent with chocolate, dark fruit, and vanilla Bitter finish. Baritonehbilly	5 Bricktowne Darth Kreiger's Russian Imperial Stout This is my very favorite beer from Southern Oregon. It reminds me so much of Cuban coffee. It has a perfect balance of bitterness & sweetness. Makes me think of chocolate, espresso & molasses. I always love to sample new arrivals as they come, but I always end up ordering a glass of this.
