DijkBier	3.6 Birrificio di Quero Rolling Stout Bottle 50cl bought in northern Italy. Pitch black opaque pour with small beige head; reasonable retention. Aroma is mainly darkroast malts, bit of coffee; doesn't last very long. Taste is dark bitter, with a soft/mild sweet undertone and a bitter aftertaste; darkroast and coffee indeed. Firm body, especially for only 5.5%, but bit flat carbonation. Not bad at all. Quero brews different beer types, with different success, but this one is very much along the standards. Well done. Surprisingly little aroma; hardly any, mostly soft malty. Taste is moderate sweet, caramel. OK carbo. This is a decent bock beer, but not much more than that; nothing special to it. Aroma is hoppy, fruity and slightly resinous; maybe a small spicyness in yeast. Taste moderate bitter, developing to a firm bitterness in the aftertaste. This brings character to this brew. OK carbo.
