NachlamSie	3.5 Arcade Asheville 8-Bit Pale Ale Pint at Arcade Asheville. Pours a very cloudy orangish color with solid lacing. There is no surprise in the aroma or flavor, but it is clean and refreshing. I easily get a solid hop presence in the nose with grapefruit up front and caramel. A few sips affirms that this is a very text book American pale ale, but solid. It has a lighter body with emphasis on hops, but not aggressively so. Clean citrus is up front with a more herbal bite in the finish. Good example of the style. Wednesday, February 15, 2012
