Bubbly translucent white head soon disappears. Light sourness with underlying sweet juice. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Light and very drinkable. Aroma is semi sweet, tart, tangy, little odd cider vinegar bum notes, woody tsnin. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart tangy green apple, crisp, woody tannin, twist of citrus. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, highish carbonation. Ok. Friday, March 10, 2023

Clear gold with small white fizzy to foamy top, lasts a minute leaving some swirls. Fruity apple juice and skin aroma with light leather. Taste has a light tart, fruity apple juice, citric zest, light leather. Very nice - a session cider with a lot more character than most. Sunday, February 19, 2023

A foamy head initially which then disappears. Nose - plum and apple for sure, a bit jammy and there's a bold ginger note. Taste - plum, apple and ginger again.
