foyle	2.7 Railhouse Pineland Pale Ale Poured from 12 oz bottle into pint glass. A thick white pillowy head falls slowly with mild lacing. Color is hazy light amber with moderate streaming carbonation. Aroma is dominated by citrus and fruit with a background of biscuit. Mouthfeel is light and watery with a dry, astringent finish. Flavor is a bit thin. Hops are dominate with malt balance lacking. Overall: average. Wednesday, December 30, 2020
foyle	3.1 Railhouse Knight's Golden Ale Poured from 12 oz bottle into schooner glass. Pours a 2 finger white head with mild lacing. Color is hazy yellow gold. Aroma of lightly toasted malt, cracker, fruity esters, and lemon. Mouthfeel is light and frothy with a somewhat dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, cracker, golden raisin, citrus, pine with a lingering hop sting. Overall: good but not the best. Wednesday, December 23, 2020

Aroma is malt dominated with caramel leading the way, some pine and citrus notes. Mouthfeel is medium with a dry finish. Flavors of toasted bread, caramel, citrus rind, pine. Overall: very good. foyle	3.6 Railhouse Mastiff Oatmeal Stout Poured from 12 oz bottle into pint glass. A 2" tan head drops slowly with no lacing. Color is dark brown with abundant carbonation. Aroma of rich roasted malt, dark fruit, cocoa, floral hops. Mouthfeel is unexpected light and extremely fizzy,very much like a coca cola. Flavors are more muted than the aroma but have the same characteristics. Overall this was a hard one to rate as there were parts that I loved and other aspects that were confusing to me within this style. Wednesday, December 16, 2020

Aroma dominated with pine and citrus hops along with bread dough. Mouthfeel is medium, resinous with a very dry finish. Flavor nicely balanced between malt sweetness and tangy citrus and pine. The flavors are biscuity with a slight earthly presence. It has a bit of spiciness to it with low fruit most like dried cherries. It has a moderately light body and high carbonation. It has piney flavor with some bread and a low background of cracker. There is a very low floral element. It has a moderate body with moderate bitterness. It does finish somewhat smooth. Mild aroma of cocoa, caramel cola and yeasty bread. Flavors of cocoa, lightly spiced toffee and hints of coffee and toasted nut. Light-medium body has a pleasant, smooth low-medium carbonation.
