fiulijn	3.5 Fontecornino Sidro di Mela Corked bottle at Lortica, Bologna Pale blond color, with nice peralge, and persistent hin layer of foam. Aroma of mature apples, very light hazelnut. Lean body; dry mouthfeel in the front, with faint sweetness in the end; mild flavor of apples and apple skins, with moderate astringency; smooth carbonation; well balanced, highly drinkable, with no signs of alcohol, and with no flaws.
