didgerito	2 Presidents Choice Red Brew Smells malty with slight vinegar. Taste is almost decent. kind of malty, also sort of minerally almost multivitamin like taste. even tastes kind of pilsnery oddly enough. The body is a bit watery, and the carbonation is more seltzer like than you would expect from a beer. Ingredients contain caramel colour and sulphites. Still pretty good as a non alcoholic drink that isn't loaded with sugar. Wednesday, July 26, 2023
SanfordBrewer	3.1 Lakeport Pilsener Translucent deep gold with a dense white persistent head. Herbal and granny aroma with a slight metallic note. Flavor is clean and sweet with some typical adjunct and high gravity brewing characteristics. Very similar to a Dortmunder export overall, but with some slightly detracting corner cutting. DeanF	2.5 Presidents Choice Blonde Brew Found at a friend's house, probably not retired. Has okay gold modest bleach white foam and smells softly of corn. Taste is boring corn and grain, ends wet. Spab	1.9 Steeler Lager 950 ml can from the Beer Store. Pours a pale golden colour with small white head. Aroma is sweet graininess and not much else. Flavours are mild citrus hops, light bready malts, wheats and grains. A bit of corn comes out as well. Really weak in flavours. A stronger session/summer type beer. Very mild creamy mouthfeel. PictouRx	2.8 Presidents Choice Blonde Brew This is my 3rd beer sampling non-alcoholic drinks out there. Surprisingly this is the best I have tried so far. Not much character, but less of a grainy/malt taste I have gotten. This is a light and smooth, good carbonation, it goes down refreshingly. No bitter to be seen and not much of an aroma, but not bad. Flavor is full with excellent balance between sweetness and bitterness. Finishes with a malty note. For those of us who don’t touch alcohol during the work week, this one’s the answer! Aroma: Corny, grainy and slightly sweet with a fair bit of sulphur. Palate: Medium body, fairly full carbonation.
