1.6 Solsidan Low Carb Premium Dry Bottle. Clear pale golden color with a minimal white head. Aroma of hay and sugary malt extract. Sweet, a bit artificial malty taste. Thin body. I’ve still had many pale lagers worse than this. -- rated with beerbasher/winphone Wednesday, March 11, 2015

1.7 Solsidan Low Carb Premium Dry Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small, dense, white head. The aroma is lightly grassy and piney, with some pale malts and a good fruityness. Still, rather uninteresting. And that goes for the flavor too. Some bitterness, but just a faint touch. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. Some bitterness towards the finish too. A rather boring one indeed. 141213 Saturday, December 13, 2014

2.7 Solsidan Low Carb Premium Dry The aroma is malty with a light fruitiness. The taste is of bread and malt. Weak bitterness that fills the upper part of the mouth for a long time. Feels like this is pretty easy to drink if it is hot outside. Long-carbonated, which I like. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings. Monday, September 8, 2014

2.4 Solsidan Low Carb Premium Dry 330ml green bottle poured into a lager glass. Appearance is clear pale golden with a medium sized frothy beige head, that reduced fast leaving no lacing. Aroma of wheat bread and lemon zest. Flavours of wheat bread and a hint of corn and lemon zest. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Palate is light bodied, thin texture and average carbonation. Solsidan Premium Dry is refreshing, tastes like what you expect from a lager, it’s unoffensive and unexciting. Could not detect any off-flavours, but with a green bottle results may vary. Now curiously this is a low carb beer, I wouldn’t have known unless I read the label, because it tastes like any other decent Pale Lager. So this would be a nice go to lager for the horizontally challenged man such as my self, but with the current pricing it’s unfortunately a little too expensive for that purpose.
