London Glider Cider - Dry
Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear gold. Sweaty aroma, some musty ripe apples, earth and grass, old wood. Light-medium sweet flavour with more ripe apples, a little alcohol, some musty lightly bitter skin, more wood, a little acidity. Medium bodied with what seems like slight carbonation, but it could be stil. Finishes with a little boozy warmth, some drying cellar, bitter apple skin, decaying apple, some apple juice. Quite nice overall.

London Glider Perry (Draught)
Cask at The Cider Tap. It pours hazy very pale white - gold with a few bubbles on top. The aroma is fresh, dry, wood, barnyard, funk and pear skin. The taste is dry, tart, tannin, gooseberry, pear, white grape, wood, earth and mild astringency with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and flat. The alcohol is extremely well hidden. Really rather flavoursome and well balanced. A quality dry perry.
