2.9 Core Hardcore BIAB sample from Leicester Beer Festival 2019, courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers Graham! Hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of straw, apple. 3.3 Core Hardcore 14/3/2019. From bag in box at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours cloudy very pale yellow with minimal head. Aroma of moderately sour apple juice and green apple peel. 3.2 Core Pennypot Cider (Draught) Polycask @ [ London Overground pub crawl ]. Snooty Fox, 75 Grosvenor Avenue, Highbury, Canonbury, Greater London, England N5 2NN. Hazy light to medium silver yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, sweet apples, vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
