2.9 Genó Marraco IPA Colore ambrato con schuma beige. Al naso agrumi e luppolo in bocca delude un po rispetto a quello che ci si aspetterebbe da una IPA. Corpo medio e bilanciatura un po dolciastra anche se il finale rimane amarognolo. Il sapore un po agrumato ma con sentori metallici mi dice che qualcosa è andata storta. Birra dedicata allo "Marraco" il drago che rappresenta la città di LLeida di dove proviene il birrificio. Vale la pena assaggiarla. Friday, July 4, 2014 | |

3.5 Genó Puig Bordell Brown bodied, mostly clear and with a small frothy grey lace. Dark fruits, raisin, caramel. All the proper aromas are there, but it’s not rounded off. 2.5 Genó La Fresca Big huf on opening, bit everything stayed in the bottle. Golden, somewhat cloudy body and stable frothy head. Cherry, sweaty yeast, sweet fruit and simple pale malts. Foamy mouth feel, Soapy too, and not too thin. Not cloying though, lots of residual sugars. Not bitter, simple fruity taste. It?s okay. Aroma of cornflakes, yeast, floral notes, light fruitiness and a very faint funky hint. Yeasty flavor, a bit sourish, with some fruitiness, vegetal notes and some spiciness.
