Umiña Indian Passion Pale Ale
A lot of marketing strategy for a poor beer. That’s what I would say about it. When you look at the bottle, you’re thinking "might be worth it to open the bottle", but once you realize it has been like 10 minutes of foam coming right through the bottle, you’ll be regreting it. Appearance? My girlfriend said to me: it looks like castor bean soup or something!. Totally hazy yellow beer, that’s right. It’s completely disrecpectful to the great tradition of making an IPA.....

Umiña Blackberry Belgian Trippel
Second Umiña that I taste and it is way better than the IPA. Dark yellow and very hazy. It has a predominant fruity aroma with a little of spices. Fruity flavor, wheat and a dry aftertaste where you can find a little bit the blackberries. Kind of weird mix. No lacing at all. A very amateur Tripel . If they improve the appearance in the future, and give it more balance, maybe it will be more enjoyable.

Umiña Indian Passion Pale Ale
They have improve the appearance, it used to has lot of sediment. Has passion fruit aroma, couldn’t find the hops. Fruity and passion fruit flavor with a dry bitterness, and something like pungent aftertaste. It doesn’t remind me of an IPA at all. It is a very decent pale ale, very drinkable nowadays.
