KyotoLefty	3.6 Aizu Chujo Junmai Sake 300 ml bottle from Isetan Kyoto. Big ricy nose, mizuame, koji, a touch of caramel. Glossy, oily, shiny clear. Rich junmail rice flavor, estery fruits, peach, melon, pineapple, sweet orange, but quite grainy. Sweet and fruity, big rice. Good stuff. Tuesday, December 11, 2012
