jb	3 Birdland Blue Jay IPA I agree with rating before about old school, metallic, not great. Nose is decent, but the metallic notes (beyond german hops metallic) ruins this for me. Rerating a bit later. As it warmed, the hops became more expressive in the taste, piney, resinous, blasting dry. Starting to grow on me, not that I’d order it again, but bumping. Ron	3.5 Birdland Hazelnut Stout On tap at the Brewery with Dan and Erica. Suprised the brewers did not have info for this on their website. 35 people have reviewed it untappd already. Brown pour with thin tan head. Good aroma of hazelnuts.(Erica liked that alot) Nutty flavor, but it had a thin body for a stout. Nice tasting. Tuesday, April 25, 2017
Ron	3.7 Birdland Crimson Chat On tap at the Brewery with Dan and Erica. This dark pour had a nice large foamy head and plenty of lace. Chocolate aroma. The chocolate is up front in the taste then followed by the cherry. Malty body. Very enjoyable. Monday, April 24, 2017

drowland	2.5 Birdland Blue Jay IPA 1/29/17. Thanks, Garrison! Orange pour under a small khaki head. Okay aroma, definitely old school, mostly popping malty, very little touch of citrus and pine, seems a little harsh/abrasive. Pretty bad on the flavor - metallic, bitter, floral, malty... not good. zach8270	2.8 Birdland Stone Bird (draft @ AJ’s Beer Warehouse - Rochester, NY) Copper pour with a thin white head. Slightly sweet apple-like aroma with maybe some cinnamon? Flavor is very odd. ben4321	3.8 Birdland Blue Bird Sampled at Tap NY 2015, 4/25/15 Dark brown in color with a brown head. This is kind of a unique idea and one I thought worked fairly well. zach8270	3.2 Birdland Red-Footed Booby (draft @ AJ’s Beer Warehouse - Rochester, NY) Cloudy gold color with a thin white head. Raspberry tartness and dry wheat aroma. Flavor is dry wheat, some light spice and a nice natural raspberry tartness with a little sweetness. Very slight banana hint at the finish. Refreshing. Sunday, August 10, 2014

zach8270	3.4 Birdland Blue Bird (bottle - tap filled bomber) Dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Light chocolate aroma with a very nice blueberry aroma underneath. Surprisingly mild flavor. Some light blueberry hints with more of a roasted chocolate and coffee flavor overpowering it. Clean aftertaste. Wish it had a touch more blueberry. Thursday, March 6, 2014
AirForceHops	2.6 Birdland Kewlerskald Multiple samples @ Empire Brew Fest. Aroma has some floral hops and malt playing in the background. Flavor is much the same, more malt in the flavor then hop. Very light flavor, light body with high carbonation. Watery texture. I tried two samples and just wasn’t feeling this at all. Perhaps I had too many other beers and simply couldn’t get this nuance of this brew. Don’t know. Monday, July 22, 2013
MacBoost	3.2 Birdland Falcon Growler from the taproom. Pours a ruby cola color with minimal head. Decent roasty and coffee aromas in the nose. Taste is a nice light roast along with a heavier dose of coffee. Average carbonation, light mouthfeel. Pretty standard stout, the only exception is the nice coffee note which leads to a bitter lasting finish. Nice. Saturday, February 16, 2013
