Taste is strong sweet caramel, fig and rum. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture ,soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good strength and appropriate for style. NikkTwist	3.5 Henniker Working Man's Porter Draft at Milkboy. Very dark chestnut brown. Thick soft beige head and lace. Opaque but shows clear caramel brown at the bottom. Chocolate syrup. Carob. Vanillin. Toffee caramels. Burnt campfire marshmallows. Medium-full body. Fairly substantial for a Porter. Some flavors are second tier but a very good effort. Monday, April 3, 2023

Nose is light spice and - well, soapy for a moment. (Yes, the glass was beer cleaned.) and bread. Taste is clean with little malt and spice. Body is thin. Jow	3.8 Henniker 48 Flags Judged hiked a 4K peak and as always I stop for supplies after and saw this serendipitous brew. I always grab available mild ales as well. Deep amber and frothy head. Nose is light caramel and toast. Tastes of sourdough toast, caramel, malt, earth. Palate is bit too lively for style. Seems more like and amber ale but has some mild qualities. puboflyons	3.5 Henniker Space Race From a 16 oz can with a BB date of Dec 9, 2021. Hazy but not really pulpy looking orange-amber underneath a boisterous lasting white fluffy head. Immediate aromas of grapefruit, melon, guava, tropical fruits and white bread. The body is around medium. Sweet start to the flavor with a grapefruit and melon bitter bite to end. KegAromas63	4.4 Henniker Flap Jack Flap Jack Maple Double Brown Ale Brewed by: Henniker Brewing in Henniker New Hampshire. 16 ounce can Best by January 13 2022 7% ABV Pours almost black with one and a half finger off white head. Not much aroma but the flavor is powerful, mouthfeel is on the heavy side and the flavor stays on the pallet, although I can't detect the maple flavor, the dark ale is very rich. I can taste the alcohol in this beer even at the relatively low 7% level. I'll score this a B for the reason that I do not taste or smell the Maple and the alcohol is not hidden well enough, however it is one of the most flavorful and aggressive beers I have tried. I would recommend trying this beer if you can find it, it sure isn't a boring beverage. Sunday, September 12, 2021

One finger dense white head that leaves modest lace. Resembles pineapple juice. Pineapple theme continues into the aroma and flavor. Initial pop of the can releases a strong pineapple aroma. Flavor reflects pineapple, but not as strong. Other citrus is present as well. Medium bodied. No lasting bitterness. Tasty. Friday, May 14, 2021

Light sweetness, much lighter than a typical barleywine. Flavors mirror the aroma. Medium bodied, not as heavy as you’d expect. Recognizable as a barleywine, but interestingly different.
