Bottle gushes slightly, beer pours an extremely thick well retained ivory head, with extensive lacing over a slightly hazy amber (SRM 12) body......nose is toasted malt with dried fruit tones, bread, slight esters, spices, plastic, minimal hops, balance to the malts......taste is slightly sweet, with bread, cracker tones, slight spices, mild herbal hop bitterness......mouth feel, medium body, mild alcohol, carbonation creates creaminess.
