Creedence	3.5 Brockley Red Ale Cask at the Earl of Derby. Pours a clear molten ruby, no head. Nose of milk chocolate, fresh pinewood, malted caramel. Flavour is medium sweetness, mixture of sweet and savoury, light-medium bitterness. Flat carbonation, medium body, dry bitter woody finish. Nice rendition of the style. Sunday, March 31, 2024
jjsint	3.3 Brockley Session IPA Keg draught at the brewery tap, Brockley. Deep golden orange, mostly clear with a tiny film of off-whote head. Malty aroma, some citrus fruit, iced tea. Bittersweet taste, big chewy malt with intense fruity hop character. Nothing subtle about this. Finish is surprisingly bitter with orange oil and kumquat peel. Light to medium body, carbonation on the low side. Intense, and maybe a bit messy, but worth trying all the same. Saturday, March 16, 2024
jjsint	3.5 Brockley Brabo Keg draught at the Brewery Tap, Brockley. Golden brown and clear with a small film of off-white head. Orange, caramel, Belgian yeast in the aroma. Sweet taste, just short of cloying, with more orange peel, cherry, caramel and spicy yeast character, maybe a little bit of bubblegum. Light bitterness introduced in the finish with toasted flavours in the aftertaste. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. A lot going on here. Saturday, March 16, 2024

Leighton	3 Brockley Cascade Green Hop Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a small, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with some lemony hops, a little bitter straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Subtly astringent in the finish, more lemon peel, lean pale grains, hay. So so. Rune	3.1 Brockley Mandarina Bavaria Gravicask, half, shared with Finn at St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Misty amber body, almost naked at the surface, clingy lacing. Malt-fruity nose, ripe fruits and mid-sweet caramel malts. Flavoured with ripe citrus, biscuit, and a twist of light malty sweetness. Smooth malt-fruity end, mid-sweet. Satisfying. Fine aroma of dark crystal malt and berries balanced with a very moderate bitterness from noble English hops. Appropriately uncarbonated. Fine taste and mouthfeel for such a llw ABV. Prominent grapefruit nose, Quite similar taste profile this time with a twist of mandarin. Ends with a vibe of citrus bitternwess. Quite refreshing. (Hotel room session, London 18.11.2021). Quite well blended taste profile of red orange and mid-sweet malts. Ripe citrus fruity end, mid-dry. Pretty straightforward and nice. (Hotel session, London 16.11.2021). Thursday, December 9, 2021
flying_pig	3.7 Brockley Red IPA 330ml can from Utobeer, London (£3.80): Reddish amber to Copper t with a thin, foamy head that's about a quarter cm tall & patchy on the surface. The nose is slightly sweet with light caramel & sweet malts with a little toffee and some sugars. It's malty with a few bread notes to close too. The taste is quite sweet with bread malts & caramel with a semi-sweet base & some light sugars. It's light medium bodied & lightly carbonated with a few light hops showing too, Monday, November 29, 2021

flying_pig	3.7 Brockley Citrus IPA 330ml can from Utobeer, Borough Market (£3.80): Bright orange/amber with a half cm head that's bubbly & white with some build up around the circumference but very slightly patchy in the middle. The nose is tropical with pine & citrus, a few sweet notes with mango, orange & even strawberry showing. It's floral & fruity with a lot of citrus hops & bitter pine flavours on the taste, I got some lighter, pale malts & grapefruit along with some of the sweetness from the nose too. It's quite sharp with a subtle tang & a fruity kick to it but the balance is pretty good throughout too. Thursday, November 18, 2021

BlackHaddock	3.3 Brockley Pale Ale (Cask) Hand-pulled pint in Franklins, a place on Lordship Lane, East Dulwich on 27th October 2021. Golden/amber body, almost clear, on top a decent and lasting white head. Nice, easy blend with the hops just about winning in the nose and flavour stakes. Nothing powerful or out of the ordinary, just a pleasant Bitter/Pale Ale. Thursday, October 28, 2021
