Aroma of citrus, tropical fruit, and grass hop notes over a raw wheat and oats. Taste follows, moderately sweet from the malt, moderately bitter from the hops, fruity and soft from yeast. This was on my first flight, it's a Mexican style Lager without any salt or lime! Clean and clear golden body, fast fading white head. Refreshing and thirst quenching, the wife liked it! So I had this in one such flight. Red, no head! Raspberry, black berries, blue berries, elderberries and strawberries apparently, can't remember the other two! Anyway it tasted of berries! BlackHaddock	3.3 Culture Simcoe Pilsner Visited the Brewery Tap in Solana Beach on Tuesday 8th February 2022, they are still doing 3 x 3oz pours for $3.00 all Tuesday's. This was on one such flight. Poured a clean and clear golden colour, snow white cap on top. The Simcoe hops give off their customary citrus notes in both the aroma and taste, plus their bitterness of course. BlackHaddock	3.6 Culture American Strong Ale Visited the Brewery Tap in Solana Beach on Tuesday 8th February 2022, they are still doing 3 x 3oz pours for $3.00 all Tuesday's. Even this Strong Ale (it's at 8.2% ABV now) was in the deal! Rich mahogany body, thin white, wispy head. Caramalts maybe? Anyway it's pretty sweet initially and the nose gives off caramel like esters. The hops do kick in, but this is a malty brew first and foremost. Friday, February 11, 2022

GarrettB	2.8 Culture Oaked Porter April 5th, 2016 - This spicy porter starts aggressively on the nose with a spice packed aroma. Cumin, and the general aroma of a kebab, with wet wood and wet rock. The flavor is light and almost invisible, which is confusing given the nose. The aftertaste does bring in some kick with a little whiskey barrel like oak flavor, but util that aftertaste I almost can't taste anything. Wednesday, July 22, 2020
GarrettB	3.3 Culture Milk Stout April 5th, 2016 - The nose on this beautifully capped Milk Stout is nice, with a smoothness that is inviting, and a rich chocolate taste like chocolate sprinkles busting on your teeth, with a slight root vegetable mellowness (think of a roasted sweet potato.) The flavor is far more interesting though, with both a slight sweet and slight tang, and a dryness that I would not have expected from the nose. The palate is smooth from that nitro treatment, and let's some S'mores flavors appear at the aftertaste before evaporating. Tuesday, July 21, 2020
GarrettB	3.4 Culture Sour Cherry April 5th, 2016 - This is a lovely beer that masquerades as a rosé in the glass, but smelling distinctly of strawberry and watermelon, both lovely and light. The flavor is more acidic than I would have thought, and not quite curling and tangy and sour, but the thinner palate keeps this refreshing and crystal clear. Sunday, June 28, 2020
