KyotoLefty	3.4 Shinkai Sakurabishu Hana Nigori Junmai Sake 300 ml bottle. Milky rice nose, koji, light melon and pear, some alcohol. Cloudy pinkish white, rather thick. Suppose to be the color of cherry blossoms, I suppose. Thick and creamy, with a lighter, alcoholic finish. Rich fruity rice flavors, cream, vanilla, cherry, melon. Rather complex, though the alcohol burn is a bit too much. Fun and interesting. Wednesday, April 3, 2013
