kleinertod	4.3 Mi Daza Traditional Cork Stout Im Glas ein schwarzes Stout mit fast weißem Schaum. In der Nase zuerst leichter Torfrauch, dann dunkle Malztöne mit Schokoladennoten. Im Mund sehr cremig. Intensive Aromen, Schokolade, Haselnuß, extrem geröstete Gerste, etwas dunkle Kirschen, deutlich Rauch. Thursday, June 1, 2023

BrewRater48	3 Mi Daza Traditional Cork Stout This stout looks immaculate, dark with a fluffy head. It is very light and soft on the mouth. Initial taste is delicate and creamy with nice roasted malt and chocolatey flavour. Downside, like most modern stouts and craft stouts overly caramalised and sickly sweet, but still one of the better ones. Tuesday, February 22, 2022

Taste is very fruity and refreshing at the start, the malt is very low in the mix and fairly big hoppy bitterness steadily develops. Very nice. Thursday, July 4, 2019

amrKRDM	3 Mi Daza Traditional Cork Stout On me l'avait annoncé comme la meilleure bière de la brasserie. Un peu déçu.. Bu au BrewPub à Cork. A la première gorgée c'est étonnant, la mousse est épaisse et la carbo assez fine, ca goute chocolat, un peu café au lait, mais petit problème sur le finish que je trouve un peu trop amer. Au gout on retrouve très (trop) peu le pale ale, mais les houblons font le taff,j'ai ressenti de l'agrume, mais je ne saurais dire lequel. Au finish une fine touche d'amertume qui contre-balance avec l'apparition du pale. Carbonatation moyenne, fine mousse. Sympa en somme Sunday, March 10, 2019

FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, slightly bitter, malty, fruity, flowers, citrusy, coriander. Medium bodied. A bit unusual, but very tasty saison. Thursday, July 28, 2016
