jandd1983	3.6 The Big Rip The Priest Mint Chocolate Milk Stout On tap at the brewery. It poured a dark brown color with a khaki head. The aroma was of dark chocolate and mint. Nice it isn’t artificial either. The taste was sweet with a touch of roast and bitter. It had a somewhat slick body and texture. A touch dry in the finish, mainly due to the mint. Spot on. theisti	3.7 The Big Rip ORC (Oatmeal Raisin Cookie) Rating #3,300. Growler courtesy of scotter at a tasting. The pour is super hazed brown, muddy looking almost. The aroma is soft oatmeal, raisin and sweet malt. Nose is true to the name, this does indeed smell like an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. The taste is the oatmeal raisin blended right away, with quite a bit of sweetness and a clean malt finish. The palate is medium bodied, soft to low carbonation and a clean finish. Tasty and fun beer. Braudog	2.5 The Big Rip Aisle 12 West Coast IPA Draft at the brewery. Decent visuals started this off right, but I wouldn’t have guessed this an IPA at all. There’s more of a caramel maltiness to this than anything else. And after a little while, I start picking up a little buttery mushiness in the finish, although not quite as bad as in the other IPA I tried. I’d give it another shot, but had to go. Braudog	2 The Big Rip Delta 88 IPA Draft at the brewpub. Wow, this is a giant malt ball with little Americanized hop character. Something is definitely off here, too ... the finish has a definite buttery note, not leaving the palate any memory of the beer’s positivies.
