This beer’s aroma is coffee, roasted and malt. The flavor mimics the aroma. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and this beer is light-medium bodied. The aroma is citrus hops and fruity. The flavor is lightly bitter, citrus hops and fruity. This beer’s mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light bodied. The flavor is lightly bitter, hops, sweet, and malt. The mouthfeel is smooth and this is a medium bodied beer. This is an easy drinking beer with the hops upfront but not overly hoppy tasting. 3.7 Father John's Father Hanigan's Dry Irish Stout I drank this while on a tour with Dr. Trippy, who created this space. Dark beer with a foamy beige head. Dusty chocolate and roasted grain nose. 3.4 Father John's Brother Heisenberg Dusseldorf Alt Beer On tap at the brewery. This is a deep dark amber color with a sticky khaki head that left attractive lace on the glass. Sweet nose with some burnt caramel notes. This is a sweet beer up front with brown sugar and some caramel, with the burnt sugar and ripe fruit coming out from behind the sweetness.
