puzzl	2.9 Sutton Cellars Farmhouse Cider Tap (cask?) at Magnolia Brewing in San Francisco. Flat and cloudy with no discernible head or bubbles. Funky as hell, to the point of almost being a vinegar bomb. There is little apple left here, which I consider a shame. I love a good, funky cider but this has gone too far. Straight acetic acid does not a good drink make. My wife claimed to like it, but then couldn’t drink more than two sips, which I think says something. Gentle carbonation and a lighter hand would help here. Tuesday, June 18, 2013
