Kwencher Pale Ale
330mL bottle from Beer Cartel BB 27/06/15 Pale gold body, decent white head. Aroma quite nice; lifted hop with citrus, passionfruit, grass, pine resin, with a touch of toasty malt underneath. Medium body, somewhat dry, kinda soapy. Good amount of hop on the body, perhaps not as much as the nose promised - more citrus & passionfruit, some toasty malts in there. Moderate bitterness. Flavours alright, balance a touch off.

Kwencher Clingstone Peach & Black Tea Lager
Re-entry after original entry was inexplicably deleted by RateBeer. From a 330ml bottle on 20/12/2012. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow with a big white head. Has masses of peach in the aroma. The flavour is all sweet peach. Can’t detect the tea. There’s barely any bitterness to be found. The carbonation is on the high side. This is basically a bottled shandy using peach flavoured lemonade. Reasonably pleasant, but not very beer like.

Kwencher Pink Grapefruit & Black Tea Lager
Re-entry after RateBeer inexplicably deleted my original rating. From a 330ml bottle on 20/12/2012. Pours a clear golden with a small head. Has a quite strong and somewhat odd aroma of fruit cordial, berries and a touch of citrus. In the mouth, it’s very sweet, with a hint of grapefruit (minus any bitterness), more berries and some melon notes. Like the peach version, this is a bottled shandy, though this tastes a little bit more artificial to me.

Kwencher Clingstone Peach & Black Tea Lager
From a bottle. Pours a clear amber, smells strongly of peach, a little bit of the tea. It’s like a peach iced tea, cider and lager had a baby.

Kwencher Clingstone Peach & Black Tea Lager
330ml Bottle. Pours a pale yellow colour, very clear. Has a thin, bubbly head, which dissipates into nothing at all rapidly, no lacing. Sickly sweet aromas of peach syrup, and strong notes of black tea and summer fruits. Has an initial sweetness which is quickly followed by a very unpleasant sour malt flavour. Very light body. Not a good beer.

Kwencher Clingstone Peach & Black Tea Lager
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Hmmmmmm not sure what to make of this. It’s kind of girly. As in refreshingly sweet. Like peach flavoured iced tea. Weird

Kwencher Pale Ale
Bottle from Mane Liquor. A fairly non offensive pale which neither will blow your socks off or leave you disappointed. Not bad

Kwencher Pale Ale
Pours golden colour, near brilliant clarity with medium white head. Nice hoppy aroma of pine, citrus, peaches and passionfruit. Fairly light bodied with crisp carbonation. Slight malt character on the tongue, but a little bittering makes for a refreshing finish. Great beer for summer weather.

Kwencher Pale Ale
From a 330ml bottle on 2/7/2013. Pours a clear golden with a biggish white head. Has a very pleasant, distinctly floral, slightly fruity aroma. The flavour primarily features sweet citrus and stone fruit (orange and apricot), with a medium bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. All up, a very pleasant APA.

Kwencher Pale Ale
330ml stubby. BB 20/03/14. Poured a clear golden amber colour with a one- to two-finger white foamy head that diminished quickly and laced poorly. Moderate carbonation as seen by small bubbles forming trails. Tropical fruity aromas plus floral hops – really nice on the nose. Taste soft on front followed by a mild (not over-powering) mid-palate bitterness then with a slightly bitter after-taste. Light body. Smooth and light with a short moderately bitter finish. Quite nice!

Kwencher Pale Ale
Got this beer as part of my monthly MBC delivery. Loved the hop aroma and a very easy drinking and cleansing ale. Very nice!
