Aroma is dark malts, caramel, brown sugar, spicy, mollases, dried fruits, roasted tones. Taste is full malty base, roasted tones, dried fruits, caramel, chocolate, coffee touch, herbal spicy, dry on the palate, higher carbonation, quite good, enjoyed for sure. Thursday, May 9, 2024

Wazig koperblond met een goede mousserende witte kraag. Aeoma: zoetje, fruitig (banaan), kruidig, karameltoets, moutig. Gemiddeld mondgevoem. Goldbarren	3.6 Nursia Extra Das beste belgische 🇧🇪 Bier an diesem Abend kam aus Italien 🇮🇹, wobei es über einen französischen 🇨🇵 Klostershop bestellt wurde. Es ist ein intensives Belgian Strong Ale, das all die tollen Aromen nach Trockenfrüchten 🍑🍓🫐🍇liefert und diese in ein schweres Malzbad steckt und ordentlich Alkohol serviert. Dabei wird es aber nicht überladen, sondern bleibt freundlich und schön sanft zu trinken. Sicher kein einfaches Bier aufgrund der Komplexität, aber so harmonisch gestaltet ist, dass es einfach schmeckt. Wirklich sehr schön und empfehlenswert. Friday, July 21, 2023

Misty straw, large loose persistentish head. Oxidised aroma, sweet, milky and malty. Pale vanillaey soft grains in the taste. Thinnish palate but no strength at all. nohopspleez	0.7 Nursia Extra this beer is so heavily carbonated, it is like champagne. wow. the taste is strong, VERY malted (it has sediment at the bottom of the bottle, like someone dumped a handful of bread crumbs in it) and very smooth. I love malt, especially when it is enhanced with a LITTLE hops. but, this is a bit much, especially the sediment in the bottom. if you like strong and heavy Dunkels, you will LOVE this one.
