BlackHaddock	3.6 La Quinta Even Par 7.2 US pint can, drank on 14th January 2023. Bought at Matter of Craft, Huntington Beach and opened in Laguna Hills. Clean and clear pour, white foaming head. Citrus hop aroma and taste, as you'd expect with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic being used. Some sweetness in there too. Sunday, January 15, 2023
brokensail	3.1 La Quinta Hefe Yeah! On tap @ La Quinta Palm Springs. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white head. Sweet bread, honey, and banana. Decent amount of clove, pepper, and yeast. Some grass, lemon, and baked apple. A hint of stone fruit—like apricot jam, too. Kind of watery in terms of mouthfeel. Not awful, but not great. Sunday, October 23, 2022

Actually a little bit of a sweeter cider thing going on. Some lemon zest, grass, and sweet and grain. Not much really going on here—just kind of sweet and slightly fizzy. Some woody herbs, pine, grass, and citrus rind. Moderate bitterness. Kind of bland, surprisingly. Maybe some melon and golden apple. Light in body with moderate carbonation. Meh. Lots of grapefruit, orange, lemon, and marmalade. Caramel, dried pineapple, mango, and a lot of pine. There’s a fair amount of oily and pithy citrus. Intense all around. Not bad, just not great. Sweet cranberry juice palate at first, have to wait for it to warm to get full flavor. A little dry and chalky in the finish, but coffee, hazelnut, and vanilla come through well in the finish. Grainy, bready flavor, honey is mild, and there's just a touch of bitterness in the finish. Been serving this at my job as an alternative to an amber ale, and it seems very agreeable to the masses.
