patrick767	3.9 Pizzeria Venturi Magnifico tap - This brew is unusually dark in color for an IIPA. The dominant aroma is caramel malt so you might be expecting a sweet taste. If so you’d be very, very wrong. This brew has a big, bitter hops flavor that’s accented well by the caramel malts. It’s aggressive and good, ending in a long, bitter finish. For some reason I thought of Arrogant Bastard but with more hops. Well done! Sunday, April 27, 2014
